I am having very light pain sometimes on right side of the waist and sometimes on the left side... it disappears on some activity... I feel bloated and gassy specially in evenings. What should I do ? Is it Gastritis or IBS ? I don't have constipation as I go to motions only once in the morning. But I am seeing some food particles in my stool.

I have anxiety issues since 1 year. My family doctor prescribed zapis 0.5 I used to take it. Then i stopped taking it Last month, i had a sudden chest pain and congestion. It was due to anxiety. Now i am feeling the same thing again. Since 3 days. It starts, and then stops. Can i take Dabur stresscom for anxiety. It has ashwagandha Will there be any complications? I also have knee ligament teared. In my left knee. As i had accident 2 years back. I don't take any medicines for that.

Some time I feel heaviness in anus after coming from wash room if gas does not come out .some time gas come out if gas come out I feel ok however then gas come out many time . sometime hard stool come out. Then soft . Some out normal stool comes out however seems it get stick in back which cause itching some time normal is there one medicine can cure all. I don't eat spicy take fruit as well and take food on time

What should be reason for frequent urinating . Around 6 month before all the test were done due to some other issue and everything was ok and I believe there is no issue like diabetic etc .what should be other reason other than UTI , diabetic etc
