I have warts on face any ayurvedic medicine to cure the warts ? I don't want to remove them surgically.

I have asthma from childhood taking allopathic medicine daily, hypothyroid from last 8 to 9 years taking thyrox 50 mcg, piles fissure from last 10 to 11 years and from last 3 years after delivery I  have pain in whole bones and joints especially in right knee and right hand my hand get numb when I do some work or drive or making dough my hand get numb and thus all pain in body and numb of hand specially happen in rainy or winter season and I also take antidepressant fyom practo dr  and also taking giloy vati for immunity .I have so many problems I want to get cured from that due to this medicine my hair fall so much.please help me out
