When i wake up.my lips get big and get dry in all seasons and in cold season getting blood from lips. because this problem a cant able to apply face wash or any soap on face, how get naturally strong lips.

On my face around the lips area is become black,how to get naturally glowing colour on my face and remove blackness from face.

My IGE level is 900 and it should be 200.  I have done food test in 2015 and I was told to avoid certain foods like eggs,wheat products, spinach etc. Shall I avoid those foods now as the test was done in 2015 ?? Nowadays I dont take eggs but for that I m having low bp. So I started taking ghee so that I can get energy. Am I doing the right thing ?? Dr Shiv Kumar if I take those medicines, will I get cured completely from IGE within 3 months ??
