Hello Doctor. My cousin is affected by Bell's Poysy. She undertaken Siddha treatment for 3 years. We noticed minor improvements at initial stage. Since she was staying away from Parents and staying in hostel due to her higher studies, she couldn't follow the proper diets required for that siddha treatment. Now she is under Ayurveda medication from past 2 months. Please Provide us with your valuable suggestions and opinion regarding this. Whether it'll be more effective in Siddha and Ayurveda. How long will it take for her to completely get rid out of this problem. Please refer to the attached image, this is the Ayurveda medicine she is currently taking.

I am 32/F feels numbness in both palm at every morning when I get up. It occurs on feet also if I sit long time with acrossed leg. It seems the blood supply stopped & when i moves slowly it become normal. I hv joint pain problem also in back shoulder and right knee.
