Age 33yrs-pcos-depression(coz divorce &body shaming views)-hairloss-facial hair---tyroid blood sugar reports are normal-Inability to loose weight(110kg)-ht5'9"-Have been walking for 1&1/2 hour brisk walk daily 10000 steps 25 suryanamaskar daily-strict diet reduced to two roti perday..yett unable to loose weight.

I am suffering for wheazing issues and cough if I walk 2 mns also tiredness all come and it's too difficult to do physical work and I am not able to eat much foods no hungry please help me in ayurvedic remedy what needs to be done
