Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a pain in my wisdom teeth for the last few days.. And theres been a gap in that place... ...what should I do...

My teeth are very weak and all teeth have cavities,i am losing my teeth from my childhood,i consulted lots of dentists but no cure, they do fillings all the time and it cones out in a month or 2. Dr says its because of fluroide water in childhood...and there is no cure for this,i have lost all my lower molars and now it starts upper molars ..there is no pain .. but they breaks in pieces when i eat something..  Will you plz prescribe any medicine to make them strong or any toothpaste Thanks

Whenever i eat anything sweet or cold , i feel sensation in my teeth. Please suggest a good toothpaste or any home remedy?

When I open my mouth, my mouth drviates to right side. I also have cluttering and speech problem with r and l sound. Is there any link between open mouth posture and speech problem. Is speech problem curable at this age. Is there any exercise for speech problem. I have also tried multiple speech therapist and none has worked for me. I also have this problem from childhood.

From past six months I cannot eat spicy food even little spicy also my mouth does not tolerate it. I visted a doctor they said it is mouth ulcer and gave some tablets then also it did not cure is there any suggestion for this I don't like to visit clinic or hospital in this pandemic situation has I have elders in my house.
