I got my Root Canal done 4 year before, it went well no issues, but now sometimes i feel pain in same Root Canal (Right Mandibular 1st Molar)

I am having mumps and undergone antibiotics since last 5 days. Today afternoon I found some blood from gums. Can I use gum paint ?
