Tooth and Mouth Problems

My name love chauhan and my all teeth yellow from childhood .all teeth yellow from outside as well as from inner side

I have scar on my one of the teeth.. It looks bad. It is in my front teeth. I have got filled it once by a doctor but it does not gave any satisfactory result.

I have a two month old son and breastfeeding is extremly painful to me. After searching on internet i figured out that there might be the problem of posterior tongue tie. How this problem can be diagonsed and treated?

CT findings reveal evidence of multiple fracture involving the wall of the left frontal sinus,left lamina papyracea,left zygomatic arch,walls of the maxillary sinus and roof,lateralwall& floor of the left orbit with herniation of the extraconal far trough the fractured floor.No herniation or impingement of inferior rectus muscle is seen however the inferior rectus muscle shows vertical orientation Plz solved my problem
