2 teeth have fallen in past 46 days but not regrown. now 1 more have fallen TODAY. what should we do

I had orthodontic treatment 3 years ago..over crowding nd irregular teeths were the problem..i had 4 teeth extraction, wore braces for 30 months nd then continued the Hawley retainer for 1 year with full care..but then i have noticed the movement nd relapse..it has effected my smile..should i go for invisible retainers or ortho treatment again?
