What is filling? Is it a painful process? As my daughter is just 4 years old, is it safe to go for filling at such a young age? How painful us it?Does it need injection?

My tooth full of pain 4days & tooth already removed 2yrs back their now empty what happen i don't know that certainly start pain and body full heat like fever get pl suggest any medicine this problem for permanent solution

I have had a white tongue since years now. Im 15 and i have bad breath most of the time its something i have been searching on the internet for a long time to find a solution but i get only tips that mostly wont work.
