My father aged 68 yrs who is a chest physician needs to have tooth extraction. However, he is severely sensitive to local anaesthesia xylogen. However last year he had pace maker implantation using BUPIVACAINE successfully. Want to know if any dental hospitals in Hyderabad/ India can extract tooth using Bupivacaine.

I have a itchy sore inside my mouth in my inner lip. It does not hurt but it sometimes itches though ive been constantly biting it to relieve the itch. Its been there for almost 2 weeks. Could this be early signs of lip cancer?
