My mouth is burning soo much when I am eating spicy food i am not eating gutka

If someone has Mouth ulcer since 3 months and suspecting cancer then should first visit to ENT , Dentist or directly to Onco specialist.

I have cavity in the gums by the side of the last molar tooth since few days. Food particles got stuck there so I used toothpick to remove it but accidentally it damage the gums around the cavity a bit and now its painful.

I recently noticed a small (slightly larger than pencil-eraser-sized) cluster of 20 or so pinprick-sized raised light dots on the inside of my cheek, about 2cm to the inside of the cheek (near where the cheek makes contact with the first molar). The effect of this cluster creates a 'rougher' feeling spot on the cheek. There is no pain or increased sensitivity, and I noticed it about a week ago. I know abnormalities should be checked out by a dentist, but figured I would ask here first,

Especially, when I have sweets. I feel strongly when I bite something sweet. I have cavity in three teeth. They are molar tooths. Third one is the last molar tooth in right upper side. I do not want to go for RCT. Is there any other option. I have read somewhere that root canal is the last resort. I want to know what other options are there to get permanent relief other than plucking it out. I also feel I have bad breath. What should I do. Please suggest.
