Tooth and Mouth Problems

I met with a accident in which my my front teeth upper and lower got misaligned. I had braces for 1.5 years as treatment. But 6 months after braces were removed i was left with front 2 teeth gap . My dentist suggests a 20000 rupees treatment in which i remove those 2 teeth and replace them with fake teeth . I wanted to know if there is some other treatment permanent but less costly.

What are my options for diastema treatment (3-4 mm gap, two gaps in the upper jaw and one gap in the lower jaw) in 4 to 5 months? If I go for braces then what would be the treatment period and approx cost. what would be the frequency of visit to the doctor in this case.

I ve a gap between the two front tooth of mine. Doctor has advised me to go for steel braces. How much time it will take and can I take it out for a day if I ve to go for a function

What needs to be done if it is tooth decay and what steps are there to be followed after x-ray done.

Today I went to a dentist for rct, I found that the doctor used a small instrument to clean my effected teeth. I asked him that the instrument was sterelized or not, he repplyed it is impossible to sterelized it for every patient. Only in case of surgery instrument is sterized. And also said, dont worry for that. Sir is there any chance for HIV? As I found blood after that.
