Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have lower front crowded teeth. One of my lower front teeth inside have minor receding gum in it's backside. I did scaling twice in past one year. Is it possible to regrow gum by laser without gum grafting. My age is 25. My lower teeth gum is thin. If gum grafting is the only possible way then how many days it will take to recover and what will be the cost

My front teeth are broken some what can they be capped with some artificial ones as I've started problem to eat ,drink cold and hot things in age of 17

Muscle of my teeth was swollen from 2days it is little hard to touch and in teeth sized .i have cavities and sometimes pain come but this type lump was not faced help me
