Are tooth implants good...don't they have any side effects or problems. And which is the best implant available in India cost n performance wise

After root canal treatment completed can cause any problems like taking hot or cold items crunchy foods

After tooth extraction healing can infection can spread to brain to heart and kidney lungs can cause

I've had a decaying tooth for awhile I've only just got antibiotics but the pains in my ear throat and my gums swallon and hasn't gone down I've read so much about getting blood poisoning and brain swelling now I'm scared

My face's bottom right outer gumline is paining constantly. I went to dentist and it was suggested to go for RCT. Wanted to check if there is any alternative to this option? Strange thing is the pain is not increased when the tooth were knocked by dentist for pain check. But the constant drag pain is there in the gum region. Thanks for answering

I have had red spots on my uvula for almost two days now it causes swallowing to be hard.

I am missing lateral incissors and orthodontist says that my upper 1st premolars are deciduos too.So i have two options available,he says. 1st: Canine substitution.Canines would work as lateral incissors ,first premolars would be extracted and  2nd premolars would be shifted in front to work as canines. 2nd: Dental implants.first premolars would be extracted,canines would be shifted back to create gap for dental implants that would work as lateral incissors. I am confused between these two treatments.I dont know which one would look more esthetic.If second premolars work as canines than wouldn't it look wierd.Can anyone suggest me whom to consult for treatment guide. Also my canines are not that big.I am 21 years old.
