Tooth and Mouth Problems

I m having 4-5 ulcer in my mouth.I m having cold with lots of phelgm secrets from my nose.I too have feeling that something is stuck in my throat.Plz assist...Is it normal viral infection or something else??

White line appears in both side of chick under my mouth and two very small yellow spots near left side gums i dont know from when these yellow spots appeared but i saw it 12 days ago when i see whit lines in my mouth. After 4.5 days i saw some very small dots of color less spots under my mouth and all thes issue are pain less and from last 7 days my left side head is paining. Upon removal of braces 14 years ago the gum kind of chipped off a portion of the enamel of my front teeth. Ever since it has remained like a patch on the tooth. Now I started smoking vape which is supposed to be free of tar. Still that patch has become brown and noticeable. Can I get it cleaned? Or better, would it be possible to get that patch repaired? Enamel coating or something is possible?
