I am a resident of kolkata. I dont get pressure in the morning to poop inspite of taking isabgol and banana everyday. I also go for morning walk daily. I visited a doctor 2 weeks ago when my symptoms were a severe pain in the abdomen on the right hand side. Chest pain aftet eating
