I got my whole abdomen ultrasound done after having pain in lower abdomen .No other symptom.observation -
Dilated tubular lesion seen in right iliac fossa with mucosal thickening of terminal ileum and caecum , omental thickening noted.Mesentric nodes noted largest measuring 15.8mm. Nw there is no pain. Pls advice
