SGPT and SGOT
Had lipid test Sgpt and sgot are above 150 and tryglecride is 350.i drink alcohol on daily basis approx 300ml. How to reduce this levels

hello there. quit drinking alcohol, your liver needs rest so quit alcohol. automatically your levels will come down with time. take care of your eating. have healthy and balanced diet. consult a physician for further info. regards
