Dizzy after endoscopy

I had an endoscopy, its been around 20 hours, I still feel dizziness is this the normal thing? How many days will dizziness stays?

After endoscopy doctr told I have gastritis.since then i am suffering frm chest pain, excessive hunger. I need to eat after every 2 -3 hrs. Every morning I wake up so hungry as if i haven't eaten for yrs. pain in abdomen. Eating has increased my weight. Each time when I get hungry i feel extreme weakness ,headache.

Headache after lunch.

I have been experiencing headaches after having my lunch. I also do have some problems in my stomach. After eating it feels like very hot in my stomach. Also my neurologist diagnosed me with migraine. Please help ASAP. These headaches are killing me. Also i have high blood pressure around 145/90 everyday it fluctuates.

I get constantly hungry... I eat and then 2-3 hrs later I want to eat more..and the worse part is that I can't even think of what to eat because I can't think of what to eat that wil be okay with my stomach. Constant eating has increased my weight. Every morning I wake up extreme hunger,like system crash.

Digestion issue

After having breakfast or first meal of the day i have to run to the washroom in next 10 to 20 min. I have to go atleast 2 to 3 times a day. In washroom my potty is like half digested. I have gas issue as well. This now going on for more then a year. Plz suggest.
