Hi Doctor, From past 2 months i have lose 2 kg's weight.. I don't feel like eating & whenever i eat forcefully due to empty stomach, i get severe acidity and after few hours of eating i feel like vomiting, though it never happened.. i completely avoid eating spicy food.. Farting problem has also increased which makes me feel uncomfortable during office hours. What may be the reason for it?

Pinching pain while passing stool, earlier blood used to come but now only pain. used gutclear syrup and sitcom and all was well but after one month again getting pain

After rectum prolapse surgery on 18th jan 2016 from some few days i noticed that when i inserted my fingure in butt hole there were lot of stool stored. I have to manually remove that stool. Struggling frm gerd for 4 years. gastroscopy results shows haitus hernia 40cm .feeling nausea nd lump in throat all d time.. stress level also high. can surgery solve gerd prblm?? can't make up my mind to do that 24hr ph metry test. feeling that it wld be horrible experience.
