Regular pain with inconsistence diarrhea, it comes back and goes. Bowl movements, urgency for toilet every time when i eat anything.i feel like i have a fever and kinda hard to focus as i am worried about when i will have to go to toilet again for obvious reasons. Need some health guidance. Help

Feel discomfort in right upper corner of abdomen often specially when empty stomach.it's like a pain not continously but occasionally occurred.

Bright red blood with mucus found in stool. A medication for stomach infection and hemorrhoids taken but still bleeding. No pain. A bit of gas, which was before the blood activity also. Only bright red blood found. Culture stool test was normal and in blood test eosinophil count was increases. How to be certain that it is hemorrhoids only?

I have pain in upper abdomen accompanied by vomiting and lose motion. Also undigested food comes out in stool. The pain is from past 3 months and it comes and goes. I have also attached my endoscopy report.

Hi doctor, I got gastric problem. I'm frequently getting sour burps and farting all day. I have good food habits and I'll have food on time always. I'm getting heart burn and stomach burns. I don't take alcohol, don't smoke. I don't have any depression or tensions. Please help me to come out of this doctor.

Hello doctor! I'm having gastric problem for past few months. Usually will be having lunch by 12:30 pm to 1pm and after that dinner by 9.30 pm. I'm getting acidity, heartburn, also gastric hiccups by evening time sometimes continued until having dinner. Sometimes acidity reflux also happens. Once I have consulted doctor and he prescribed me "Nexpro L" everyday morning before breakfast. While having that I was free from acidity especially heartburn. Now when I discontinued it again the problem started. Can you pls advice me what is the issue is and should I have to continue that medicine? Sometimes I also take reflux forte syrup which give me temporary relief from heartburn and acidity. Pls advice doctor.

Could not eat much food from last couple of months. Eating a bit more is causing vomiting. This happens to me once in a year. Because of less food consumption i am loosing weight and it may cause severe health issue in long term. What I am suppose to do?
