Hi , I m staying in Bangalore. From Odisha. In Bangalore I am facing lot of problem for food. Last 1 years ago I m in here . But my problem is when I take some south spice food or masala food I feel chest pain , Acidity and head pain. Can you help me , how to avoid acidity ? For long time.

Whole day i feel something stuck in my neck all times bubs will come. Everytime i feel to take water to get relief.

Hello doc, my stomach sounds like water bag frm 3 mnths.n also hv anxiety issues...n nw frm 2 weeks i do have sumkind of pain over my right and sometime left side of the tummy side of d hips.. dr. Ask me to do calprotection stool test whc cm bck normal.. n he said dt its IBS..he gv meh 1 medicine..fr 3 months and antibiotic fr 15 days.. nw its been 2 weeks d pain use to cme n go n previously it was on left side nw it had tranfrm to right..my stool is also al normal..hw long it require to solve d prblm..

Inguinal Hernia has been diagnosed and doctor has suggested for a surgery. Q.1) Which surgery is the best for Inguinal Hernia treatment - Laparoscopic surgery Or Open surgery ? Q.2) Which one of these ensures least chance of Hernia re-occurrence ?

Hi, I am feeling pain in right side of my stomach.sour mouth in the morning,gas when I eat someting,sometimes constipation, gas moves to my head feels alot of lazyness in the morning and headache as well, burps and some difficulty in breathing as well. I am dealing with these things since childhood and it comes again and again after taking medicines(pantocid or happi d, digene etc) for few days.It takes all my focus and I cannot concetrate on any thing.can I get a permanent solution for this.Please advice what kind of food should I take to impove my digestion system. I have a straining problem when i m going to the toilet in morning. Once in a week i feel like normal when i m going. I tried every natural remedies to clear gut issue but it doesn't affect at all. Then i read some article. In this articles they said the gut issue is related to diet they said change your diet. They said whole grains, rice causes straining problem. my parents also has a gas or acidity problem. So can you please suggest me any solution. & i want to know whole grains, rice, potatoes causes strainig problem or not?
