Hello Doctor, My Age: 26 yrs My weight: 102 KGs My height: 5' 11 Feet My profession: Full time software engineer For around 8 months I have had very mild pain on the lower right side of my stomach. Usually, I would ignore it because it was very mild, sometimes I would forget about it as well. I assumed it was due to gas. 2 weeks ago I started Gym. Since then the pain has increased and the last 2 days I was not able to sleep on right side because of the pain on lower right side of abdomen. Besides the pain, I constantly feel very weak, even after I wake up I feel unfocused, and sleepy. This is very bad for my work-life. I also occasionally get headaches. Last week I had diarrhea like symptoms and I was in the bathroom for a very long time. I visited a local gastroenterologist and I would like to get your opinion if his estimations and suggestions are correct for my peace of mind. Herewith I'll attach his prescription.

Stomach pain for one month, already consult a doctor but they can't find root of the prblm, then later some test have taken, like MRI and CT, endoscopy, and colonoscope. From there their have doubt it may be a cancer. Like lymphoma they said. Then they take FNAC TEST FROM NECK, the result says there no symptoms for cancer but till now we didn't get any result confirmation, the days are passing. We are so afraid it..

Hi Doctors, I'm having light stomach pain when I eat little spicy food also. And I'm getting light fever in the night time. This is happening from last two week's. Before that my health was good. On Feb 13th I had sprouts for lunch and with in two hours I got headache and vomiting sensation and irritation in stomach. I admitted in emergency in the night and doctor told me it's because of gastric. So they gave me few medicines for three days and to take before food and after food. After those three days I had very slight irritation if I drink water i was feeling better and while eating food slight irritation I was feeling. And then very light fever in the night time. Though fever is not daily. On Feb 20th I consulted gastroenterologist and he gave me a course for seven days. He gave me pantodac 40 tablets and Gaviscon syrup. I'm using it now. Still I'm feeling little irritation and light fever in the night time. I got cold two days back. Please suggest me what specialist to consult

Regarding help on prescription- what does these mean? 1-1 (after food) 1-0-1 (after food) when these should be taken?

I have mild abdominal pain accompanied with dizziness and fatigue.Exoeriences difficulty while walking. I often experiences headache that gets mild to moderate. I also experiences a sudden chakkar in forward or backward direction (not spinning sensation).My vitamin B12 level is 144 and I am taking neurokind O/d for it. My BP, throid and haemoglobin level is also normal. MRI &CT Scan of brain is also normal. I also avoids much spicy & oily stuff. I don't consume tobaco and alchol. Please advise me with the cause and solution

I have 7mm stone in my gallbladder. This case cure it in medicine or surgery? December 31,2016 I delivered a boy baby in normal delivery. In case if I go surgery can I feed to my baby

IBS may not be psycosomatic or what , sir.Because i thought if IBS not generated by any psycological factor then how we can say that it is a gut brain / psycosomatic disease

I think i am suffering from IBS. I need help to resolve that. I have to go to washroom more than 7-8 times a day, once after every meal. And I can't go without smoking. And i still feel bloated.

Blood test - calcium -7.8. ECG/treadmill/2d hear scan: Excercise induced ischemia. Strange bowel sounds all the day Extreme fatigue I m not able to work 100%especially due to noises from stomach.Cannot socialize anymore. Doc suggested calcium supplement with D3 .Please help.

I saw blood in my stool the previous month and after that I never had it. Suddenly today I saw blood again and I do not feel any pain while I goto washroom and I do smoke 4-5 cigrettes a day. I also do not feel any pain in my anus. Please help me
