From last 2 weeks suffering from upset stomach and mouth ulcer pls suggest what can be done for this

I have a very low digestion, whenever i eat any spicy dishes, (After the Couple of minutes ) i feel pain on my stomach and then i have to go for toilet. it is happening since two years, i took endura mass protein a couple of year back and since that time i am facing digestion issue.

I just checked my blood ammonia level and found it 96umol/mg is it possible because my liver function test is normal , kidny function test is normal , ultrasound is normal , blood count is normal everything is normal or is it the report could be wrong

Had been diagnosed with severe duodenal ulcers, which over 6 months medicines was brought under control. Also Vitamin D was low, hence got the shots. Now, 6 months later after all this, i still keep getting mouth ulcers,which stay for a long time and leave a mark which stays for 2 weeks before disappearing. Altered diet and lifestyle of outside food etc.. when i was diagnosed with duodenal ulcers. Reduced outside food etc but why is the problem persisting.

Hi I am having a strange problem. I drink water and take food on regular and small intervals but I have to much of uneasiness due to gas and sometimes I have this feeling where I try to puke but nothing comes out apart from spit kind of thing this thing really worries me a lot. I fail to understand what exactly the problem is if there anyone who can help me out with what exactly the problem and the cure it would be really good for me.
