Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi doctor, My problem is my stomach always tight and like full of gas, I am having problem in clearing my stomach in morning, not a particular time to get fresh, and yes I fart alot. Please help me and give me a permanent solution. Thanks in advance. :)

After toilet anus itches and some times blood comes during itching.Need help how get cure from this .

Feeling hard and heavy on the left side of chest, after eating and too much burp.If I walk then I won't feel the hardness.Some times little pain also there in the left side of chest,but after some burp it goes.please suggest

I've been gas problem since 5 years but from last year this problem is too much ,I used many medicine like pan-D, omez-D, etc and with that problem whole body is paining too much

I am 55 year old woman, i have have started having frequent digestion problems, with vomiting and abdominal unrest along cervical which has been there since some years now. Also since a year or so fever relapses quite frequently in a months time after i suffered from typhoid 2 years back. These problems have started occurring so frequently that now i always feel lethargic and tired.

Pain in left side below the speem and go to the pain left kidney.but the pain was continue the only sitting position not a standing and sleep position if the both positions feel relaxed , but the sitting position pain was very feel bad. Ultrasound and blader test report is normal ,no stones but the pain was continued from 2 months .so pls suggest me what is the best.

I always feel passing stool whole day and wenever i eat sumtng i feel like to pass stool after sumtym

I have been taking medicines from 1 week for loose motion which i dont have but still i have some problem of immunisation and my inner left cheek also being swallowed. Don't understand what to do because the medicines which i took was for stomach but still i am not cured with this completely...

Im having constipation problem since many years tried every remedies and medicines but the effect remains till medicines after that problem starts again..i want to ask is there any therapy or treatement that can cure and make digestion and stomach strong. Too much heat in the body, frequently mouth ulcers, gas sometimes fissure all these prblems causing me trouble. please give advice or suggest something. Diet and timing also eating lots fibers have been tried still no change.please help
