Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am taking ganaton total, aristozyme, darolac, librax for last one month but still I get acidity, gas, bloating in abdomen.

I've been suffering from gastric since few days. I want to know that Can I take RAZO INJ intra muscular way or not, if yes what solution is desire for it and this way is safe or not.

My dad has been facing mild to severe pain due to fistula. He has consulted few doctors since a year and have not seen any improvement. I want to consult an expert Gastroenterologist and find a permanent cure for his problem.

I have seen blood in stools from past 2 weeks regularly and bleeding is heavy, but with out pain. Blood is dark in colour and commode looks reddish..
