It seems there is acidity due to which i am constantly burping & have stomach ache. I had one 40 mg nexpro rd; still the same condition is there

I had operation of intestine 5 year ago.it was dameged so surgen cut a small affeted part and join them.now i am feeling pain in my stomach.i dont know what reson is behind them.may be this can be from intestine infection.how can i know to where is problem in my stomach.what test i have to do.

Hi Doc, This morning I have yellow poop. I don't understand why I am having yellow poop. Is it because I can't digest fat? Yesterday I ate 2 paratha and an egg 500ml milk 2 small slices of pizza, and an dominos chicken zingy parcel Then at dinner I ate 2 rotis , dal and half plate rice. Hi I have been suffering from irritable bowels since a while and I am here to get some hints regarding managing it.

Since yesterday night I have vomited 5-6 times. Stomach is constantly burning. I cannot sleep due to this. Lying down increases pain. Till now its paining.

I have been suffering from frequent indigestion, chest pain for 4 years. Consulted many doctors, they gave me medicine for acidity, indigestion, gas, IBS,etc.It relieves me for a while, but problem still arises again. I am not able to eat food sometime i.e, i don't get any interest in food. Recently i visited AIG Hyderabad, they prescribed me, they said there is no significant issue, and prescribed me medicine for indigestion, gas, motion clearing and IBS. But no improvement at all. Kindly suggest me the best treatment
