Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have constipation from a long time and I am diabetic taking insulin. Please suggest me what drug can be taken.

Motions are not clear , it will be little painfull, hemorrhoid problem, piles issue, blood in stool......

From last 24 hour my stomach is paining periodically and then each time I need to go for stool which is exactly in liquid form. I am not getting any hunger for food. My stomach remains full like a balloon or gastric. Feeling very week.

For the past six months when I bring any hot/cold liquid in empty stomach I feel it's going through my chest. Also some times I feel hunger sensations in the chest. Occassionally i get bloated and due to bloating i am feeling shortness of breath. Recently I felt pain in my chest and ribcage as if it's penetrating inside..like putting a giant rubber band around my chest and ribs(left & right) I consulted a doctor after this incident, he prescribed pantaprazole and digene for a week suspecting a peptic ulcer. After that he prescribed antibiotics(metro & amoxy) suspecting h.pylori infection. Now the pain in chest and rib reduced because I have changed my diet by eating small meals rather than large meals. But at times the pain still comes. Last week the doctor prescribed me Nexpro and Perinorm tablets. They took my ECG, Blood glucose, creatinine and serum electrolytes. All these came back normal. I am 28 years old Male. Please advice since I am little afraid about these problems

I am 22 yes of age and I developed the problems of bleeding hemorrhoids in 2009. Now from last month I had swollen lymph nodes in neck after which I was treated with antibiotics and they subsided. Suddenly a few days earlier I had the piles aggravated again and now find a hard round mass just outside the anus (within the piles lump.) I also have blood in stool and also I found today some amount of blood clot. Also swollen groin lymph node.

I have acid reflux for 4 months.and have a chronic constipation .Which makes me too much uncomfortable.heart burn and felling uncomfortable in area of heart.

Acute abdominal pain radiating to back side. Not subsiding by taking Drotin. Loose stool. Vomitted twice in last 12 hrs. Last vomit was only liquid with sour taste.

As per recent report the pancreatic lipase is 146. What medication and diet is recommended to bring it normal.

Had clean urine and normal blood tests. Used Alli/orlistat for 2-3 months developed pain lower right back (like kidney area). Have stopped using and now mid - upper pain with dull abdominal pain. Have been dieting since November. Was 342 now 293lbs. Started off with 1900 cal diet and since last week down to 1600 cal diet. No red meat and no carbs.

Chest pains that hurt in my upper chest I sometimes get the pain in my back and my Jaw is feeling really funny right now
