Pain in stomach and the stools are very black and vomiting in early morning after drink the water also have gastric problem

Hi, I have been suffering from gasteric problem since past 2 weeks. The pain is on the left side under the ribs and back as well. As in when I try to take deep breath, I have a chest pain and feel little discomfort. After meals in the night, I do get heart palpitation and anxiety. I got CT scan, blood test all major, Thyroid, 24hrs urine test, ECG and Echo test done..all are clear. Not sure what it is...pls advice.

I am having frequent bouts of loose motions, taken medicine for last one year. Taken antibiotics but no benfit.

When i run in morning or evening i get pain in side of stomach . So what i can do for relief from that pain .

Im suffering from a very chest pain .the pain in middle portion .i consult to chest splist bt he said its caming from gas .....

I had infection in my stomach last week because of which I was on antibiotics. Now the course is completed, but I have a swelling/ bloating in my stomach and slight pain throughout the abdominal area.

Sir i need to go toilet atleast three times in morning time span of 15 mints stomaach is not clean at once.

I have some abdomen problem,As per my xray report all thing is normal, but in last line the report shows'Dilated bowel loops left flank of obdominal. Please suggest what i can do ,I am very flurry and restless
