Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am have mild pain in the stomach when bent down. Or if I put pressure on my stomach. It's been almost a week and I have bloating of stomach frequently as well. Please advise if there is any issues.

Been having stomach pain for roughly 30 hours. It isn't constant but happening more frequently and when it happens, it's really painful. It feels like I need to use the bathroom but can't. Like a gas pain.

Since three-day I haven't pooped. It's in the stomach but not coming out I think I had become hard so it's not coming out so what should I do to poop Help me out!!! And there is a little pain in lower stomach And I'm drinking lots of water but still my urine is very yellowish What should I do My mouth is making two much foam like saliva What to do? Main problem is I want to poop but when I apply force it starts painting in stomach. And as the days are passing it will become more hard and it will cause more pain. Please help me out !!!l

My father has been having severe loose motions today. It's completely watery. He has also developed a fever. Can we give something to him?

My SGPT is :83 My SGOT is : 55 as on 27 May 2017 Can you tell me any medicine or precaution I should be taking. Currently I am taking from Liveril forte,Hepamerz and Rab-D since 12 may2017. Before taking medicine my SGPT and SGOT level was 61 and 48 respectively. Let me know is which medicine I should take.Also i am non smoker,non alcoholic. Currently I am having only idli,rice and chassis as my food with some juice.
