It's been 2 days that m suffering from loose motion n severe stomach ache even after taking precautions like m drinking only lemon water eating only curd rice .... loose motion is in control but stomach ache is increasing ..... kindly suggest what would be the proper precaution for this or do I need to change my food diet

Since 3 days in evening m having a feeling of something stuck in my throat and at night mild heartburn. I am on a keto diet since 4 weeks. On my regular periods too (2nd day).

I've been experiencing a small amount of bleeding for the past couple months when going to the bathroom and today is the first time that I have experienced clotting and blood in the toilet water.
