Since few years i have developed a habit of clearing bowels three to four times a day. It requires atleast 2 times in morning and also one time before dinner. If i dont go for it before dinner than i have to do it after eating as restlessness occurs. Tried many ayurvedic remedies( ex. trifla churna) but all in vain. Please find a cure for me...!!

My father was getting mild pain in the stomach region( no specific area, all around). Also his stomach had bloated up. We were advised surgery, we further did endoscopy and fiund presence of piroli bacteria. Doctor advised for treating bacteria via HP Kit. I now suspect that the pain and bloating was because of this bacteria. Please advice your opinion and also say if surgery is important after detecting gall stones.
