I am suffering heavy joindis since last one month. And my skin, eyes looking yellow l had lost my weight almost 5-6 kgs.

Ive had ibs for almost 2 yrs. I have constant bloating(extreme unbareable bloating that is ruining my life) ,constipation and sometimes diarrhea, I can’t live like this anymore. I got all tests done, colonoscopy, blood tests stool test, ovaries checked. Nothing. They all said ibs. The one thing i didnt get tested for is sibo.If i have sibo does this cross out ibs? Im dying to have sibo instead of ibs. A doctor told me i can test for sibo by stool test which i knw isn’t accurate or true.help plz

Over the last year I been having a lot of rectal issues , hemroids about every 2-3 months last about 2-5 days with use of over the counter cream ! Have had spotting blood after going and the blood has been getting worse over time , yesterday there was more blood then any other time also a mucus looking stuff ! And again today a lot of blood ! The last week has been pretty ruff ! No solid stool in 10 days and complete loss of appetite ! I have been having to force my self to eat !
