Lots of burping and feeling of air stuck in the throat even after taking medicines for past 25 days

Whenever i eat it feels like my stomach is full... For last couple of days I am passing out black stool and feels lot of dizziness and bodyache etc. Don't feel like eating and not able to sleep properly because of mentioned issue.

Haitus hernia is serious problem?? right now i am under medication so how many days i am taking medicine and in future any problem creat from haitus hernia i mean serious problem. still some time i am feel burning sensation my back or chest or hand is it for haitus hernia...
