Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am 65 years old. I have painless fresh red blood with stool & shortness of breath. what are the causes for that ? What should i do? Which foods should i take? made colonoscopy but didn't find any piles problem. So what is the actual problem? Doctor gave some iron & calcium pills but no improvement. please help.....

I have passed very less stool from last three days and i have not felt any pressure too also i have some problem since from 5 months back when i had very hard bad massage on my left shoulder after that i stopped feeling the muscle in that region & something happened i got sort of partial numbness on left side face i got tmj osteoarthritis according to cbct scan but now i feel as if muscles are so loose , i dont feel stretch in them what is wrong please help i feel as if i have pinched nerve or nerve damage what could be the problem ? i have applied hot compress nothing works. I feel i have stopped feeling some senses what should i do ?

I am experiencing motion after meals and constipated and motion after meals is also not on quantity but little and greasy.

When I eat food it is digest after 40 to 50 min and then I will go for potty. I'm feeling weak my body
