Is ofloxacin use for stomach in gas uneasy feel acidity not willing to take food

Hi I am 27 year old male nurse working in surgery OT. I am smoke cigarettes from last 8 years. From last 4 month I have a granular pharyngitis. I take all medication but it doesn't cure. N now from last one month I have tightness of chest

I felt heavy from last some days until i got a severe stomach pain last night. I am not feeling hungry and have skipped dinner & breakfast beacuse of pain. i am on eno, pudin hara & even had Nityam to relieve from the heaviness and pain i am feeling. I stay near vidya peetha circle, banashanakari. Please suggest a good doctor to consult with contact details at the earliest.

How to treat the above mentioned condition. I have fatty liver grade 2 and the liver is mildly enlarged in size

I have lower abdomen pain since 5 days the pain comes and goes I want to know what is the problem and some medicine advises...

I am suffering With bloating since one year. After consulting doctor he gave some medicines and asked to take abdomen scabbing. Then i was diagnosed with a small hernia in February. The doctor said it wasn't too big dnt worry about it ,just use some medicines. After 4 months exactly the day before day when i went to doctor because of my stomach ache i wanted to consult doctor once again. He asked me to take scanning again. In that report it was given as there is 9mm hernia. The doctor told us to better do a operation to avoid further complications.And sugar levels are also ok (FBS-120 and PLBS-186)as per the doctors concern. Now i am bit confused and tensed about the operation. Do i really need an operation for that small hernia?? Please tell me and help me out of this.
