Which doctor should be consulted for hemorrhoids... General physician or gastroenterologist doctor? I don't want to go for any surgeries

Hello there I have been having an hygiene problem forever. Despite brushing my teeth or using mouth wash my mouth still smell. I also get a sour and salty taste in my mouth from time to time. I can also feel that my throat is constantly dry. I used all the home remedy but no result. Please let me know what to do. I need to find a solution for it. Thanks

I have adopted a healthy lifestyle. Since past few months I'm suffering from Constipation. Initially it started with less frequent bowels, but now it's chronic.

Three days ago I was having burning sensation while I was passing stool and I used wet tissue and it felt better. So I ltook one fresh wet tissue and left it there for sometime and forgot about it and after sometime it was gone. I think it went inside me. And now am having difficulty passing stool and have slight discomfort in stomach too. But am not 100% sure if I left it there or threw it away as am not able to remember now. Am too embarrassed to go to the doctor. Please suggest.

I got severe gastric problem since 10 days for the first time. And I'm using sompraz and mucaine gel medications for now as I consulted a doctor online. Is gastric problem curable? I'm so scared about this because I'm not being able to eat anything and I'm becoming weak day by day. And I'm only just having curd and banana in the lunch and dinner and normal breakfast or fruits like grapes in the morning. If it is curable, how much time will it take to get cured? Hello, Doctor(s),   Since the past two months, I'm suffering from mild fever which touches maximum 99.5 F and comes back to normal in the night with sweating. Also, mild stomach pain in the left and middle abdominal (since past two months), excess burping and gassy before and after the meal, loss of appetite, chest pain in the left and right side with numbness on same side hand. Also, I feel muscle pain and tiredness the whole day. No weight loss, no cough, no vomiting, no running nose. Diarrhoea was in starting for one or two days (when it started two months back) with red blood within stool but now nothing observed. Not able to empty the stomach completely. Recently, I have done with my testing of ECG which is normal. Kindly advise me what kind of problem it is? Is there any medicine could be taken for these symptoms. Is it related to any bacterial or viral infection? Please assist and provide me with your guidance to overcome this problem.

Hi doctor , I have been having breathlessness during night times. Actually I used to get it. Doctor prescribed me nexpro and sural o syrup. Now I am not able to drink any milk products. It comes back if I do so. Why is it happening ? What food should I eat and avoid ? What to do next ?
