I have done black vomitting. I am admitted in hospital. My doctor says endoscopy not possible. 2 days passed. They have started medication for parkinson and Alzheimer. Please advise if there is substitute for endoscopy. Other vital statistics of body are OK. They have put me on IV and liquid tube through my nose. Advise a substitute for endoscopy to check body internal damage.

Since yesterday i have loose motions along with stomach pain.Some vomiting only 2 times.i have to vacate my bowels every 2 hours.
