Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been experiencing some blisters/bumps (bright red) on only one side of my body, right leg. It started with below my knee and then moved upwards to lower thigh and then now it's on my upper thigh between legs portion, as if they are moving up the leg each time. 3 episodes of breakout have happened so far. These blisters/rashes come and go on their own every 15-20 days and itch a lot.  I also suffered from urticaria as a child, but these bumps leave spots afterwards each time. I have been feeling very uncomfortable due to these, my sister has non STD herpes labialis for many years now, but I didn't meet her for atleast a few months before I started getting these. Should I get tested for HSV 1/2 to get more conclusive evidence...

I have been having excessive hair fall these past few days (could mostly be either due to high stress or weather change) . I have straight hair and not very dense in volume, but in past 2 years time now they have started thinning a lot and i have very frequent shedding seasons. As a result i have bald patch on top of my temple area and very less volume. Got my tests done also, i am perfectly heathy, No thyroid No diabetes 12.5Hb Every other aspect in general test came through. Please advise..

It's been 1 week since I see visible rashes on my body especially the hand and the leg with red dots and no other symptoms . I see no pain and itching.I have consulted a few doctors and haven't seen any results yet Any leads or suggestions will be truly appreciated

I have recurring dandruff accompanied by itching. Tried different shampoos it goes for some time then comes back. Also my mom is saying to oil my hair with camphor but that is not working becoz I know oil is the food for dandruff. Please suggest me something im so frustated with dandruff.

Can i have anti depressants while on isotretinoin 10mg medication? if so when and which depressant would you recommend?

At first like 5 months before my thighs ringworm  was smooth, extremely itchy, reddish... And now it had become black and also it looks like when blood is clotted on skin and becomes flaky or peeling that's how it looks like now...also It's dry, blackish , itchy but not much like before but it's now painful because of the dryness i guess... Is it bad for me??? Like why it's like this now...is it healing??? I've been taking medications too prescribed by my doctor...terbinaforce, levocetrizine dyhidrochloride tablets IP Vankast-5 ,itraconazole BP 200mg and also Fluconazole antifungal powder... Hi Doctors, Can you please help understanding what has happened to my grandmother's toe. This thing feels very hard like stone. And pains a little when squeezed from Side.

As you can see in the picture I have got black / brownish dots on my chest and shoulders, this development was recent, they dont seem to be bothering me now,should I be concerned? I live in the UK
