Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I m having acne on my face ... On my forehead chin and cheeks...sometimes it get dry on my cheek area... What should I do

Previously been think its a dandruff but find it as a dead skin scalp all over my scalp.please help do is it normal or some thing serious.

I am 22 i have a gap in beard will the gap can be filled in Minoxidil?? I have been using by 2 weeks...so will that be useful or is there any remedy to fill the gap of the beard...please help me...i hv attached pic pls c my beard and give me a solution

Hello sir before using my frnds trimmer I have washed the blade first and then applied sanitizer on it 2 times and then used it, but got a cut on skin from it, this trimmer is used by me after 5-6 days after my frnds use. Can any infection happen to me?I was unaware my frnds hiv status also? Is it possible to transmit hiv infection this way sir?

Doc Nilesh goyal sir,I wasn't talking about the dirt on the nail end ..I was talking about the brownish very light line from cuticle to the nail end .Did you mean the same ?? Maybe I misunderstood.
