Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm almost 23 years old and i'm struggling to grow hair on upper lip area called philtrum. I'm planning to have a hair transplant surgery on that area. Can anyone tell me how much this surgery costs?

I noticed a new mole on my ear 4-5years back. Its increasing in size with time. Sometime it itches and the outer black part comes off and then it grows back. Its increasing in size. It was flat initially, now its round. I had done a scrape biopsy 2 years back (it was half its current size then), it had come as melanocytic nevus. I have attached a picture of how it looks now. Do i need to worry?

I get lot of pimples and sometimes after pimple has gone away the mark which is dark in colour still stays...any suggestions to remove these dark marks? Any cream or ointment

Hi Doctor, Im facing male pattern baldness problem, its all started when i used stanozolol (man-made steroid) for my body shaping. On the early days I haven't notice it at all but as the months goes, I have seen that my hair are falling rapidly, In june I trim my hair with machine @2 num and notice visible batch on the middle of the scalp and left, right side of the scalp. Now im not using any steroid, I consulted a doctor who suggested me to use minoxidil 5%, 2 times a day with biotin supplement, multivitamins and omega 3 fatty acids for hair regrowth. Its been 30 days now im using all these medicines but now a days hair fall has increased. Whenever i massage my scalp with oil i can see 100-150 hair on my hands which is very scary. I dont know what to do where to go, anyone please help me. P.S. my dad is 70+ and he has more hair than me :( and he teases me every day :'(

Have been trobuled with itchy scalp because of dandruff. Also tiny bumps have appeared on head as well as on beard. Hair fall and dandruff

Actually i was used demelan cream since 16 days Yesterday night which is aug 6 th As usual i applied demelan cream on my face and today morning which is aug 7 th  i jst washed my face with only water then till 2 pm i didnt apply anything on my face like cleanser,moisturizer and sunscreen . Now my face looks like some dull black what can i do now ?

There is currently a black lump that's showing on the underside of the tongue. It's non painful, looks like a blood clot, and apparently it feels like a soft part of the tongue. Never noticed until today, and it's not small or too big, but seems like it might have been growing all this while. No other symptoms and nothing else affected. Usual food and intake of water and nutrients. No smoking or drinking. Good exercise and Yoga everyday. Not exposed to anything and not travelling or going anywhere due to the pandemic lockdown. Please let us know if there are any home medications or anything we can do, or should it automatically reduce in size and disappear?

Hi...I am 22 year old and currently doing a evening shift from 6 pm to 3 am. I am suffering from problem of hairloss during sleep, combing the hair and while shampooing. I have oily scalp + dandruff and greasy hair. I use very less oil. Still i am fed up of never going  dandruff, thin hair & constant hairloss. Please suggest me something

Should Kenz sal lotion be used as shampoo or as a leave on cream? What is the difference if it is used as shampoo or lotion?
