I have started having hair fall again I am using mintop 10% by dr.reddy but the hairfall has started again what do you suggest?

Above the lips area there are small hairs coming up and visible what can be done about it. She has little itching sensation on her face above the eyebrow.for which she had taken some medications. Desowen cream, Allegra 180, tacroz cream. She had also applied excela max lotion. How can this be removed. She has itching on the areas where the nose meets the forehead and also above the eyebrow. Kindly suggest way forward. Thank you

Very very light dry spot there on skin. I have consulted a few doctors on practo who advised me desonide solution but nothing happened. Infact I felt white pot increased on this cheek.
