Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am feeling head spinning, dizziness and randomly headache and some times vision blur from the last two months. Done basic health check-up and even done ECG. All are normal except in ecg anxiety is reported. D vitamin also slightly less to normal range. Taking medicines for vitamin D and also other multi vitamin. But I didn't see any improvement in my condition. Kindly suggest relative specialist for my problems.

I am having small dark red patches randomly on my body. It remains for 2-3 days but very itchy. It appears anywhere on the body. Some spots are small but some are big. Generally occurs in summer season. I googled it and I guess it is stress hive. How to cure this permanently?

I have noticed that my hair on top of the head is gradually balding...and I try all natural oiling and nonoiling therapy..but it does not help...please tell me how to stop hairfall and regraowth hair again...is minoxidil is a solution ?
