Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am suffering from hairfall & dendurff issues from 1 year now I am worried about it what can i do..

Is lavendar and rosemary oil helpful for hair growth? Is it advisable to use them with shampoo or with carrier oil!

I have no pain in this nail . Is it serious issue? do i need to show it to doctor or it will be Normal by itself?
