Had these spots from last 3 years at earlier stage it was very small so i igonre it but after sometime it gets bigger so i took a treatment of allopathic and homeopathic from my city but both were failed. now these spots are coming on my face and hand in small sizes,plz help me if there is any cure for this...i have no itching on these spots they are painless ..sometimes i goes in depression by looking at these spots plz help...
