Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Now red itching pimple anywhere on body stay for 3 days and itching on that side remains for 3 days and then it change location after 3 days

From the last 2 days i am having redness in both arms joint, but today i am seeing that redness areas are now having dry skin patches. It feels like skin is pulling when open arms. Redness photo attached before dry skin patches in both arms. What could be the cause does it means i have a chronic skin disease. Please guide me. From redness to dry patches on both arms joint.

I have chronic Urticaria since last six years. I don't know the reason behind this I never had any medication allergy nor did I ever had anaphylaxis. Mostly My Urticaria gets triggered from pressure on the skin and after taking bath. Can I get covid19 vaccination? If yes which one will be better for me covaxin or covishield please help. I have Been dealing this past 1.5/2 yrs since I have chicken pox . I learned on internet and consulted few pharmacist . They said I have oily skin and recommended some face washes. 3 / 4 months back I also consulted a Dermatologist he had his own medication and all. Few people say that it's due to change of hormones..I understand that but I studied this but it is a problem. Do reply if any Dr. Is reading this . Thanks

I can feel a bit of my scalp inflamated and as a result i tend to loose some hair on that portion. Today morning I saw the regrowth of a tiny hair on that area,but thats doesnt seem enough. What should I do please help🥺.

It's in the size of heat rash, doesn't itch or anything but I can feel it when I touch it... it's like very very tiny bumps ... it's not much visible in pics
