Two days back, a dermatologist suggested to use a minoxidil solution as a cure for hair loss,since I'm dealing with hair loss.But I have a question that if I stop using it,will my hairs again start to fall???

My brother has been affected by itchy patches of rashes on top of foot (both feet) it started 6 months ago after wearing sandals. Even after not wearing the sandals it causes itching occasionally. Sir, I have psoriasis covering 75% of my body surfaces. Doc put me on cyclosporine 100mg three times a day since I have fatty liver grade 3. So methotrexate was not tried although my LFT was normal. I Took cyclosporine for 14 days and doc switched to apremilast. Now apremilast isn't helping me . I can't afford biologics . Is there any other option left for me ? I don't want to be on cyclosporine too as I developed covid pneumonia.
