Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor, I am.having very big dark patches on my back as shown in the picture. The color gradually became dark and I have this from.past 5 to 6 years. I used to bath with very hot water and scratch my back while bathing and as i have very sensitive skin, color of my skin on these areas gradually became too dark. Please suggest possible remedies to get rid of these marks. Please suggest any ointment for better results. Also please suggest if any laser treatment available.

I have some serious fungal infection in genetical area. I have more than enough hairs on whole body due to genetics of my dad. Hello, Since yesterday I have develop some kind of a rash under my eyes and my left ear lobe.. the ear one has swollen and it pains moderately... I have consulted a Dr who is a physician on Practo and he has prescribed Allegra, took the dose today but pain has not subsided.... Do I need to worry about the fungus thing? Can you please Advise..

I have been having severe hair loss since 3 years. My hair has reduced to half. I was diagnosed by a doc on practo as talogen effluvium. But i recently got a test done and i don't have low level of hemoglobin/ vitamin d or iron or b12. In fact my report was pretty normal. I can post the exact count of all these vitamins if need be. So my concern is, should i really continue with the same medicine? I am taking follihair everyday and applying grocapix serum and growth stimulation shampoo suggested by the doc. I'm still in my first month of treatment. What should i do? I'm scared this treatment may not work for me. Btw i also have pcod but the doc looking say my hair said this may not be because of pcod. And i don't have any thyroid issues.

I have very black circles around my eyes from past 15yrs . I have taken many treatments from various doctors but nothing worked.I feel very ugly,These have become more darker after my Delivery .
