Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got a wound on my lower lip, it bleeds when I eat something. It's been 4 days to this. I'm not taking any medicine or applying anything on it

Sir/Mam I am facing hair loss problem on the top of the head.Daily near about I loss 30 to 40 hairs. I am not complete bald but hair density became very low. But my hairs are thik not thin even this problem is occuring. What I do. Pls suggest me. I am a student and age 30 years.
