As i suffer from psorasis right now its in better condition but shal i get covaxin jab as i got slot for it

My age is 19. Am constantly losing my hairs. I feeling like becoming bald too early. What should be the medication should I go for??? Should I go for finasteride???

Hello Sir/Mam , I am 22 years old. My hair was fine when I was 18 then I moved to college and I observed severe hair fall. I tried changing water and started washing my hair with mineral water. It seemed to work and my hair fall decreased, but now I observe hair thinning from my crown. My father , uncle and cousin had the same problem and they are bald. So this is bugging me if I am also going bald. I do observe a few hair strands in shower but it is not very severe

Is collagen supplement good? If yes, then please suggest good collagen supplement for skin and hair.

My father foot have red patches for 6-7 years and foot veins are visible . When he wear shoe the patches over come but not going And the vein are coming on surface and not going.

Hello Ma'am/Sir I have allergies from certain foods, dust allergies and also allergies from certain medications but not sure which medicines exactly, I get red spots on my hands and feet sometimes when I have these allergic reactions however these red spots goes away after some days and also itching over my body and my eyes feel a little bit like having burning sensation, can I take the covid vaccine?
