I've itching issues all over my body and there are rash spot over my stomach and my hands...i think this is a kind of allergy. And the second issues is that i got a lot acne on my face how can i cure comedones and puss filled acne?

My face has uneven skin tone, my body is fair enough but face is dark and uneven, and it is damaging day by day. I lost my confidence because of the uneven patchy skin color.
