Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My 2 year old daughter has got a itchy rash over her face and behind ears, since 3 days. She itches the back side of her ear. There is no such rash over rest of her body. She developed this rash a day after she got her hep. A and typhoid vaccine. She also got vitamin A supplementation. She did not develop any fever or discomfort after vaccines.

Is having alot of skin prob is sign of having less iron or unpure blood ... Can i take safi Or dexaorgane ... How to increase iron level nd reduce skin prob Also is skin disease inherited

I got small bump on hand, back and legs thigh sometimes getting itching in night, please let me know what can i do to get relief. Thanks

I wanted to know weder  Imiquimod cream for skin contains steroid? I was once prescribed by doc to use it , after some time it got reduced but again it the kind of small cysts om skin came up. wanted to know wether it contains steroid?
